Ultrasound
Painless high-frequency sound waves producing detailed muscle, tendon, and ligament images.
MRI
Non-radioactive scanning showing injury or disease in joint structures. Scans take 30–60 minutes.
Arthrograms
Contrast injection into joints to enhance imaging of smaller structures.
CT
Fine-detailed images of bones and joints using a special X-ray machine. Scans take 5–15 minutes.
Fluoroscopy
Real-time moving X-ray pictures ensuring correct needle positioning for interventional procedures.

Image Guided Steroid Injections
Targeted anti-inflammatory injections into joints or soft tissues under X-ray, ultrasound, or CT guidance.
Nerve Root Block Injection

Facet Joint Injections
Steroid and local anaesthetic injected into spinal joints for back pain relief.
Hydrodilatation for Frozen Shoulder
Fluid injection to stretch the contracted capsule and restore movement.
Barbotage Therapy
Ultrasound-guided removal of tendon calcification, most commonly in the shoulder.
Brisement Therapy
High-volume injection to break up scar tissue in painful tendons.
