How do I make an appointment for a scan?

Once your referral has been made by your medical professional, you can contact us here to find out more about your appointment.

Can my physiotherapist or other health professional make a referral on my behalf?

Yes they can. Full details and a referral form can be downloaded here.

Do I always need a referral letter from my General Practitioner?

No. However, you will require a referral from a medical professional as currently we do not accept self referrals.

Can I self refer?

Currently we are unable to accept self referrals, even for non ionising tests such as ultrasound or MRI due to hospital policies. You can ask your GP to use the on line referral form and then book an appointment with us. The comprehensive information will let you know why you have your musculoskeletal problem or provide you with some reassurance.
